The home itself is ideal for comfortably hosting gatherings of friends and families. The house features an open floor plan with a large dining and family room that overlooks the screened in patio and private heated pool. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious with stainless steel appliances and a large granite counter with bar stools. An outdoor gas grill allows for an afternoon cookout by the pool. Two main suites with attached bathrooms are located downstairs with an additional six bedrooms and three full bathrooms located upstairs. The upstairs loft features another seating area for gathering. Also upstairs is a home theater with a large-screen projector and luxe recliner seating. There are a total of 10 flat-screen TVs in the home, including one in each bedroom. The foosball table will surely provide some friendly competition and entertainment as well.
