If a property manager cancels your original booked reservation prior to check-in for any reason (e.g. the home was unexpectedly sold, irreparably damaged, or double-booked), we will find you an alternative accommodation of equal or better value, or else provide you with 100% of your money back.
Cancel for a full refund of all payments made up to 35 days prior to check-in. After that point, the reservation becomes fully nonrefundable, and the full value of the booking will be due. Please note that any reservation overlapping with Christmas and/or New Year’s is fully nonrefundable upon submission. Need to change plans but don’t want to cancel? Reschedule your travel dates for the same property up to 7 days prior to check-in, subject to availability. Please note that any difference in rates will be the responsibility of the guest. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
